At Central Bedfordshire Council, we are recruiting experienced and compassionate Social Workers with at least one year’s post-qualifying experience to join our dynamic, forward-thinking Children’s & Families teams. You’ll be working in a rewarding family where your voice matters, your work is valued, and your development is a priority. We are passionate about Systemic Practice and Motivational Training, supporting you with reflective supervision, dedicated time to plan interventions, and access to an excellent learning and development offer.

We are looking for Social Workers who:

• Have a good understanding of how to apply different social work theories and models in practice.
• Can design and deliver imaginative, ambitious interventions that improve outcomes for children and young people.
• Are committed to building strong, respectful relationships with families.
