Salary: £51,471 - £55,585 per annum pro rata
Hours: 37 Per week
Location: You will be expected to attend a CBC office location as often as needed to carry out your role, which will be no less than once per month.
Contract Type: Hybrid - Permanent

About the role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Consultation Manager to lead and deliver effective public consultation strategies. You will play a key role in shaping how we engage with residents, service users and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements while driving meaningful participation.
You will have proven experience of designing and managing innovative consultation processes across a range of projects, policies and service changes.
As a Consultations Manager you will be able to make complex information accessible and ensure public feedback meaningfully informs decisions are critical, along with a passion for giving communities a voice in the decisions that affect them.
You will have strong interpersonal skills, be able to build effective relationships with colleagues and problem solving skills will be essential to influencing outcomes and leading successful consultations.
