Deputy Manager- Community Reablement Team

Job Family: Managing – CBG10

Salary: £38,476 - £40,069 per annum pro rata

Hours: 37 hours per week

Location: You will be expected to attend a CBC office location as often as needed to carry out your role, which will be no less than once per month.

Contract Type: Hybrid – Fixed Term 8 Months

About the role:

Central Bedfordshire Council is excited to offer the opportunity to join our Community Reablement team as a Deputy Manager. You will be an experienced manager or a senior care worker in a CQC regulated service, and you will work closely with health and social care partners across an integrated care system and be at the foreground of exciting change and transformation. 

We are a fast-moving responsive service that moves as one team and are seeking a dedicated, passionate, and self-starting individual to ensure the standards of the service remains compliant and well led in delivering effective care and support, within the CQC regulatory and Safeguarding frameworks. You will evidence your experience and confidence in managing people and teams, placing leadership at the core of everything you do. We put residents at the heart of everything we do. Following an accident or illness, sometimes people need a helping hand to get back to everyday life. That’s where our Reablement Service comes in. Across Central Bedfordshire, our goal is to help people to get back on their feet – and regain their independence.
