About the role:
The Early Years SEND Advisory Team are recruiting for an Early Years Inclusion Advisor to support our team to continue delivering high quality support to Early Years settings across Central Bedfordshire.
This is an exciting opportunity for you as an Early Years professional to develop. As a minimum level 3 Early Years educator, you will have at least 3 year’s post qualifying experience and a good understanding of how to apply different theories and models, which support ideas and the delivery of inclusive practice that improve outcomes for children, young people and their families. You will have evidence of continued CPD and ideally, experience of leading or supporting others in developing practice.
As part of your day-to-day role you will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of settings across Central Bedfordshire, delivering training, working alongside the Childcare Development Officers, Early Years SEND staff and completing visits to settings. You will be a clear confident communicator, able to manage your own time as well as working as part of a wider established team.
We are seeking enthusiastic, passionate professionals with experience and knowledge of inclusion and inclusive practice. The role requires travel across the county and a flexible “can do” attitude.
