Highways Development Management Trainee

Team: PND - Academy and Enabling Team

Job Family: Providing - CBG5

Salary: £25,583 - 25,989 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week

Location: You will be expected to attend a CBC office location as often as needed to carry out your role, which will be no less than once per month

Contract Type: Hybrid -Permanent

To help deliver our growth agenda we have created a new exciting Highways Development Management Trainee role. This has been designed to give you a structured, supported, approach to developing your skills, knowledge and experience within Highways.

 

You will be working alongside the Highways Development Management Team, where you will learn and develop skills in this key area. With the training and experience provided, you will find your greatness and progress within this profession.

 

We are looking for bright, enthusiastic and highly motivated candidates, willing to learn and develop new skills, and interested in pursuing a career in Highways Development Management. Whilst experience or qualifications in a highway or planning related discipline would be beneficial, you don’t have to have any work experience or a formal specialist qualification, as we will fully support you in training and development.

 

To apply you will have a minimum of

  • 4 GCSEs at Grade C or above including Maths, English Language and a Physical Science or equivalent.
  • Holding a valid driving licence and have access to a car as travel is essential.
