Housing Property Support Officer

Team: HOM - Maintenance

Salary: £28,598-  £31,022 per annum

Hours: 37 hours per week

Location: You will be expected to attend a CBC office location as often as needed to carry out your role, which will be no less than once per month

Contract Type: Hybrid - Permanent

About the role:

The Housing Property team delivers circa 20,000 responsive repairs each year alongside capital works to circa 5,500 homes, including boiler servicing and maintaining fire precautions, keeping residents safe in their homes, whilst complying with legislation. 

 

We are looking for an enthusiastic Housing Property Support Officer who can provide an excellent level of service. You should be professional, open minded and able to interact effectively with a wide range of people. Your day-to-day duties will include but are not limited to, supporting our team of Surveyors to raise orders and track the progress of repairs to empty properties, coordinate work between contracting staff, responsible for accurate and timely data entry into internal systems, work with other teams in Housing to provide updates on the progress of work.
