Salary: £46,142 - £51,356 per annum pro rata + £5,500 MRS per annum pro rata 
Hours: 37 hours per week
Location: You will be expected to attend a CBC office location as often as needed to carry out your role, which will be no less than once per month.
Contract Type: Hybrid - Fixed Term Contract 9 - 12 months (Maternity Cover)

About the role
Join Central Bedfordshire Council’s Housing Property team and take charge of the voids programme that directly impacts the lives of our residents.
As Housing Relets Team Leader, you’ll be at the heart of a service that delivers over 20,000 responsive repairs and capital works to 5,500 homes. You’ll lead with purpose, ensuring homes are safe, well-maintained, and ready for new tenants—while driving innovation, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Bring

You will have a degree or equivalent qualification, or substantial experience in the repairs & maintenance sector with evidence of continued professional development. Along with the ability to lead, motivate, and support your team.
