Ideally you need to have experience in a similar role supporting a senior leadership team. Knowledge of Local Government or working in a political environment would also be advantageous but not essential
You will have excellent organisation, interpersonal and communication skills and be an expert in prioritising and managing busy schedules and planning proactively.
A good work ethic is a must, even under pressure you must be conscientious, hard-working and be prepared to manage others and be part of a team. As well as all this, we would expect you to take great pride in a job well done and demonstrate mutual respect to others.
