Salary: £41,042 - £44,296 per annum pro rata
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week
Base Location: You will be expected to attend a CBC office location as often as needed to carry out your role, which will be no less than once per month.
Contract Type: Hybrid - Permanent

More about the role:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Consultation Officer to design and deliver effective public consultation strategies. You will play a key role in shaping how we engage with residents, service users and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements while driving meaningful participation.
This opportunity has arisen following an internal promotion and offers the chance to build on strong foundations while continuing to develop and improve our approach to consultation
You will have proven experience of designing and delivering innovative consultation processes across a range of projects, policies and service changes.
Being able to make complex information accessible and ensuring public feedback meaningfully informs decisions are critical, as is a passion for giving communities a voice in the decision that affect them.
Having strong interpersonal skills, being able to build effective relationships with colleagues and problem-solving skills will be essential to influencing outcomes and leading successful consultations.
