Social Worker/Community Nurse

Team: COA -  Adult Assessment and Review Team

Job Family: Supporting – CBG10

Salary: Level 2 -  £37,282 - £38,826 per annum pro rata + £7000 MRS per annum pro rata

Hours: 37 hours per week

Location: You will be expected to attend a CBC office location as often as needed to carry out your role, which will be no less than once per month

Contract Type: Hybrid - Permanent

About the role:

The Assessment and Review Team (AaRT) supports vulnerable people who have a Learning Disability, an Autistic Spectrum Condition or a Physical Disability.  The Social Worker/Community Nurse roles involve working with them, their carers, providers and other agencies to enable them to achieve independence and fulfil their aspirations. This role offers a great opportunity to make a difference within Central Bedfordshire and for you to find your greatness.
 
The Social Worker/Community Nurse will have responsibility for the delivery of statutory duties commensurate with supporting people within Adult Social Care. You will discharge these duties in a manner that sees customers at the centre of their care and support, along with, demonstrating behaviours that result in the delivery of compassionate, caring, responsive, and proportionate care and support that is of high quality and evidence best value.
