Salary: £40,476 - £43,693 per annum pro rata

Hours: 37 hours per week

Location: You will be expected to attend a CBC office location as often as needed to carry out your role, which will be no less than once per month.

As our Tenancy Sustainment Lead, you can play your part and find your greatness by overseeing and driving our approach to Tenancy Sustainment, supporting our customers to feel empowered and secure in their homes.


The Tenancy Sustainment Lead is responsible for our Tenancy Sustainment service provision by managing resources and providing tailored expertise through effective guidance and support. You will apply your knowledge and experience to effectively manage resources which in turn will deliver an effective and successful tenancy sustainment service tailored to our customers individual needs. 

 

You will have experience either working within or being responsible for a team supporting vulnerable people with a deep understanding of best practice. You will have good interpersonal skills with demonstrable experience of building relationships and establishing rapport. You will have experience leading and motivating a team of officers, in addition to knowledge and/or experience of contract management. The role requires knowledge of Housing legislation, ideally derived from experience working in a social housing environment.
