£25,583 - £25,989 per annum pro rata
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week

Base Location: You will be expected to attend a CBC office location as often as needed to carry out your role, which will be no less than once per month.

Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract / Secondment Opportunity - 20 months

More about the role:

We are currently seeking to recruit an Administrator to join our evolving team. The Team forms part of Integrated Services and practices at the cutting edge of Adult Social Care with a strong focus on improving customer outcomes in a person-centred way using Technology Enable Care (TEC). 

 

As team administrator you will provide an efficient and effective administration support within the TEC Team, supporting prescribers of TEC in Adult Social Care and in Health.    You will provide high standard and comprehensive administration involving monitoring the TEC inbox, typing\word processing, checking accuracy and prioritising work as necessary & using excel to record and present data.  You will complete, accurate minutes of internal meetings and be involved in room bookings and sending out invites for TEC training invites.   

 

Occasional minute taking at meetings at which external, partner organisations and customer attendees will be present may be required.  You will Provide and manage spreadsheet systems, monitoring, updating, and analysing data as and when required.

 

Educated to GCSE Level A-C or equivalent you will use your experience of working in an administration role to support the workload of colleagues.  You will have a proven ability to communicate with colleagues and staff whilst practicing and promoting fair and equal treatment of staff and customers.  A self-starter, you will organise meetings and workshops involving internal and external contacts.
