Quality Assurance Officer

Salary: £45,326 to £50,436 per annum pro rata
Contract: Hybrid - Permanent 
Hours: 37 hours per week
Location: You will be expected to attend a CBC office location as often as needed to carry out your role, which will be no less than once per month

About the role: 

We are excited to offer the opportunity to join our Quality Assurance Service as a Quality Assurance Officer. 

 

We’re looking for an innovative and dynamic QA Officer to focus on alternative education provisions and educational placements for children with SEND, one who is tenacious about quality, can drive up performance and is committed to excellent services to children and their outcomes. You'll be working with a highly regarded QA Service, and will have the unique opportunity to directly build relationships with children, young people, staff and stakeholders providing full quality assurance evaluations for our residential services.

 

You’ll quality assure the safety and wellbeing of children and providers for residential placements for children, residential children's homes, 16+ placements, alternative education provisions and educational placements for children with SEND. You’ll influence at all levels, be an integral, critical friend to our Leadership Teams and our providers, working closely with operational, commissioning and contract colleagues across Children's Services; contributing to both our operational and strategic aims and objectives.
